Leadership Change at STEICO SE: Aiveen Kearney Steps Down, Thorsten Leicht to Lead

STEICO SE has announced a significant change in its executive leadership. Aiveen Kearney will step down as CEO and Managing Director, effective August 31, 2026. Her departure follows a mutual agreement with the company's Administrative Board. However, her role as a member of the Administrative Board remains unchanged.

In her stead, Thorsten Leicht, previously the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, will take over as Chairman of the Managing Directors (CEO) on September 1, 2026. His appointment is for a five-year term. Leicht, who has been with STEICO since 2019, has significantly influenced the company's operational strategies and expansion activities.

The Administrative Board expressed gratitude to Kearney for her service and conveyed confidence in Leicht's capability to guide STEICO into its next growth phase.
