STEICO SE Reports Growth and Profitability Improvement in Q2 2025
STEICO SE released its half-year report for 2025, highlighting a growth trend and improved profitability in Q2. The construction industry, crucial for STEICO, has shown stability, with building permits increasing by 15.4% for single-family homes from January to April 2025 in Germany.
In Q2, STEICO generated €97.3 million in revenue, a slight decrease from Q1's €101.8 million. However, operating profitability improved, with the EBIT rising to €12.2 million from €8.9 million in Q1. Total revenue for the first half of 2025 was up by 4.4%, totaling €199.1 million.
The company maintains a positive outlook for the full year, expecting revenue growth between 3% and 6%, projecting up to €399 million. The anticipated EBIT ranges from €29 million to €35 million. Despite a reduced EBIT margin to 10.4%, STEICO remains optimistic about continuing growth into the second half of 2025.
