STIF Brings Forward the Date of its Combined General Meeting
STIF, a specialist in explosion protection, has announced that its Combined General Meeting, initially scheduled for May 22, 2026, has been moved to May 21, 2026. The event will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the company's headquarters in Saint-Georges-sur-Loire. The meeting notice, including the agenda, has been published in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires (BALO).
The preparatory documents will be available, as required by law, to shareholders both at the registered office and online on the STIF website. These documents can also be obtained by written request or email from UPTEVIA.
In parallel, STIF announces the publication of its revenue for the first half of 2026, scheduled for July 22, 2026.
