STIF: Exceptional growth thanks to BESS in 2024

STIF, a specialist in explosion protection, announces a strong increase in its consolidated annual turnover of 72.3% for 2024, reaching €61.2 million. This growth is mainly due to the boom in the BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) business, which represents nearly 48% of total turnover, compared to only €4.5 million in 2023.

Partnerships with companies such as Tesla, Sungrow, and Nidec have significantly boosted business volumes. In addition, sales of explosion protection products increased to €10.8 million, thanks to an innovative offering. Bulk material handling equipment grew by 2.8% in 2024.

Internationally, STIF is strengthening its presence, particularly in the United States where sales have tripled, and in Asia with growth of 41%. The company is targeting a turnover of 80 million euros by 2027.
