STIF renews its €25 million contract with Tesla
The STIF Group, an expert in explosion protection, has announced the renewal of its contract with Tesla for 2026, worth €25 million. Specifically, this partnership concerns the supply of passive protection equipment for Tesla's Megapacks, currently in production in the United States and China.
The contract includes an investment of €20 million for the United States and €5 million for China. This collaboration confirms the strong relationship between STIF and Tesla, as well as STIF's expertise in the battery energy storage systems (BESS) sector.
STIF has received a new ATEX certification for its Vigilex Energy range, reinforcing its position as a leader in explosion protection. This European recognition underscores STIF's continuous innovation and commitment to meeting the most stringent safety standards.
