Stillwater Critical Minerals Secures C$3.5 Million in First Tranche of LIFE Offering
Stillwater Critical Minerals Corp. announced the closure of the first tranche of a private placement offering, raising approximately C$3.5 million. The offering involved the sale of over 15 million units at C$0.23 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. Warrant holders can purchase additional shares at C$0.34 until 2028.
The proceeds will fund exploration projects, including the flagship Stillwater West project in Montana and the Kluane project in Yukon. Red Cloud Securities, acting as agent and bookrunner, received cash fees and warrants as compensation.
Glencore Canada Corporation plans to participate in the offering, with the final tranche expected by June 30, 2025. The offering document is available for prospective investors.
