STMicroelectronics secures two prestigious certifications
On January 15, 2026, STMicroelectronics, a global leader in semiconductors, announced that it had received the "Top Employer France 2026" and "Global Top Employer 2026" certifications. The company has been recognized for the sixth consecutive year in France, joining 96 other certified companies. Globally, it is among the 17 companies recognized.
These certifications, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, assess companies across six areas of HR practice, including HR strategy, work environment, and inclusion. STMicroelectronics has earned 41 national certifications, highlighting its commitment to its employees.
Jean-François Malleville, Human Resources Director of STMicroelectronics France, expressed his pride in this recognition, thanking employees and managers for their contribution to the success of this initiative.
