STMicroelectronics' Shareholders Approve All 2025 AGM Resolutions
STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) announced that all resolutions were approved at its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held in Amsterdam. The meeting saw the adoption of the company's annual accounts for 2024, prepared in accordance with IFRS and available on both the company and AFM websites.
Shareholders approved a cash dividend of $0.36 per share, distributed quarterly through 2026. The election and re-election of members to the Supervisory Board was confirmed, including new appointments of Werner Lieberherr and Simonetta Acri, and the reappointment of incumbent members.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V. was appointed as the external auditor for 2026-2029, with additional responsibilities for sustainability reporting audits in 2026-2027. The stock-based compensation for key executives and share repurchase authorizations were also approved.
