Half-yearly report on VusionGroup's liquidity contract
VusionGroup has disclosed the results of its liquidity agreement with BNP Paribas for the first half of 2025. As of June 30, the liquidity account held 1,678 of the company's shares and a balance of €3,401,026. During this period, 149,296 shares were purchased for €28,702,346 through 1,926 transactions. Meanwhile, 158,618 shares were sold, generating €30,625,950 through 2,947 transactions.
As of January 31, 2025, before the contract came into effect, the liquidity account contained 11,550 shares and a balance of €1,305,487. These figures reflect the Group's financial activities in managing its liquidity.
