STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, via an official press release, announces the figures relating to its share capital as of September 30, 2026. The total number of shares amounts to 17,014,463, of which 260,741 are treasury shares and deprived of voting rights.
Consequently, the number of theoretical voting rights also corresponds to 17,014,463. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 16,753,722, after deduction of treasury shares.
In accordance with a specific clause, any crossing of 1% of the share capital or voting rights thresholds, whether upwards or downwards, requires a declaration to the company. This obligation is intended to be complementary to the legal thresholds.
