View: Information on share capital and voting rights

As of June 30, 2026, VusionGroup had a total of 16,873,382 shares comprising its share capital. Of these, 254,306 were treasury shares without voting rights. In total, 16,873,382 theoretical voting rights and 16,619,076 exercisable voting rights were recorded.

This information is provided in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Vusion's articles of association require the disclosure of any shareholding exceeding specific thresholds, namely any shareholding reaching or exceeding 1% or its multiples.
