On August 31, 2026, VusionGroup, in accordance with the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), clarified its share capital and voting rights. The group has 17,014,463 shares, of which 253,992 are treasury shares, thus depriving them of voting rights. The theoretical voting rights also amount to 17,014,463, while the exercisable rights total 16,760,471.
Under its bylaws, Vusion requires a declaration for any crossing of a 1% threshold of share capital or voting rights. This formality applies to both increases and decreases.
