Vusion: Number of voting rights and shares as of February 28, 2026

Store Electronic Systems has published figures relating to the share capital of Vusion Group. As of February 28, 2026, Vusion had 16,873,382 shares comprising its share capital. Of these, 118,914 were treasury shares and therefore without voting rights. The number of theoretical voting rights was equal to the total number of shares, namely 16,873,382. However, the number of exercisable voting rights was 16,754,468 after deducting the treasury shares.

This information is published in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). It shows the current share capital structure of Vusion and highlights the need to inform the company if certain shareholding thresholds are crossed.
