Storm Exploration Closes Oversubscribed $2.95M Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BC - Storm Exploration Inc. (TSXV:STRM) has successfully concluded its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $2,953,724. This figure includes $1,543,524 in charity flow-through raised at a 45% premium.
The financing involved the issuance of 7,070,571 shares and 3,821,501 warrants, including 286,216 finder warrants. Proceeds will partly fund drilling at the Gold Standard Project in northwestern Ontario, Canada.
The Offering comprised 4,029,143 non flow-through units at $0.35 each and 3,041,428 charity flow-through units at $0.5075 each. Storm paid $62,171 to finders and issued 286,216 non-transferable share purchase warrants.
Securities carry a four-month hold period, expiring on November 25, 2026. Funds will support Storm's exploration efforts and general working capital needs.
