Strategic Metals Ltd. Acquires Significant Stake in Trifecta Gold Ltd.

On October 13, 2026, Strategic Metals Ltd., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, announced its acquisition of 6,265,000 common shares of Trifecta Gold Ltd. This transaction was part of a Property Option Agreement through which Trifecta gained full interest in Mt. Hinton, Rye, and other projects in the Yukon Territory.
