Sunrise Approaches End of Free ADS Cancellation Period

Sunrise UPC GmbH has issued a reminder regarding the impending conclusion of the no-fee cancellation period for American Depositary Shares (ADS). Following the company's spin-off in November 2024, Sunrise ADS holders were initially able to cancel their shares without fees. This benefit will expire on February 11, 2025.

Since the spin-off, a significant portion of ADSs has been canceled. Approximately 67% of Class A and 98% of Class B ADS have been withdrawn. Despite this, about 31% of Sunrise's share capital, marked from the spin-off date, remains as outstanding ADSs.

After February 11, cancellation of ADSs may incur fees. Shareholders could still face taxes and other expenses when canceling ADSs before or after this date. For detailed information, stakeholders are encouraged to refer to the Sunrise Investor Relations page.
