SUSS MicroTec Annual General Meeting Approves Agenda and Extends Board Mandates

On June 3, 2026, in Garching, Germany, SUSS MicroTec's Annual General Meeting approved all agenda items, extending the mandates of Supervisory Board members Dr. Myriam Jahn, Prof. Dr. Mirja Steinkamp, Dr. David Dean, and Dr. Bernd Schulte. The meeting also authorized the issuance of convertible bonds up to €300 million.

CEO Burkhardt Frick addressed the dynamic market and outlined ambitions to outpace semiconductor market growth, aiming for a 20% to 22% EBIT margin. Profitable strategies were emphasized to enhance future sales momentum. Additionally, shareholders discharged the Management and Supervisory Boards with a strong majority.
