Swedish Electromagnet Invest AB Completes Divestment and Bond Redemption
Swedish Electromagnet Invest AB (SEM) has finalized the divestment to PHINIA Inc., a global leader in premium fuel and electrical systems. The company has also confirmed the early redemption of its bond loan 2018/2026. The divestment to PHINIA, listed on the NYSE, marks a significant step in SEM's strategic reorientation.
On July 11, 2025, SEM issued a conditional notice for the early redemption of bonds with ISIN SE0011167600. This redemption was contingent upon Procuritas and management shareholders completing the share divestment. With the divestment now complete, SEM will redeem the bonds early by paying 106% of the nominal amount plus interest. The redemption and delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm are set for August 11, 2025.
