SWI Capital Holding Ltd, part of the Stoneweg Icona Group, has officially listed its shares on Euronext Amsterdam under "SWICH". This listing involves 430,561,189 existing shares, each priced at €3.76, resulting in a market capitalization of €1.618 billion. The management includes Max-Hervé George and Jaume Sabater. A new Board of Directors has been appointed, with Arnaud de Puyfontaine as Chairman. The group, with a €3.2 billion proforma balance sheet for 2025, marks a significant step in its expansion.

SWI operates globally across various sectors such as digital infrastructure, real estate, and fintech. Its real estate ventures, led by Stoneweg, comprise over 300 assets primarily in the US and Europe. In digital infrastructure, AiOnX manages the full cycle of data center investments. Additionally, SWI's entertainment sector is expanding with interests in sports and cultural ventures.
