Swiss Life Germany Acquires TELIS Group

Swiss Life Germany has finalized its acquisition of the TELIS Group, effective 1 July 2026. The acquisition was initially announced on 21 May 2026. TELIS Group, a prominent financial advisory firm based in Regensburg, Germany, employs around 1800 certified advisors, offering services through entities such as TELIS FINANZ and Deutsches Maklerforum AG.

This strategic move enables Swiss Life Germany to bolster its market position, increasing its advisory workforce to approximately 8000 certified professionals. The acquisition is expected to elevate annual fee income to over EUR 1 billion, based on 2025 figures including TELIS. Swiss Life intends to maintain the TELIS brands and uphold its independent distribution operations.
