Opening of the "SPF Immobilier Suisse" investment in November 2026
On October 6, 2026, Swiss Prime Anlagestiftung announced the launch of its investment group "SPF Immobilier Suisse". The issuance targets a volume of CHF 120 million and will take place between November 2 and 13, 2026. This investment group, launched in 2015, reached CHF 4.59 billion in assets as of June 30, 2026, thanks to sustainable and profitable growth.
The capital raised will support the purchase of buildings and the development of projects, while strengthening the quality and residential content of the portfolio. Swiss Prime Site Solutions will continue to manage the portfolio until 2031, thus ensuring continuity of service. Investors will benefit from improved terms starting in January 2027.
