Swiss Prime Investment Fund: Oversubscribed issue for SPF Real Estate Switzerland
Swiss Prime Anlagestiftung announces the success of its 14th issue for the investment group "SPF Real Estate Switzerland." The total volume reached CHF 250 million, significantly exceeding the initial target of CHF 150 million. This additional capital will be used for strategic acquisitions, financing high-yield development projects, and reducing the debt-to-income ratio.
Fredy Hasenmeile has also been elected as a new member of the Foundation Board. Lorenz Wüthrich has been appointed CIO of the Investment Group. These appointments mark a turning point in the governance and strategy of Swiss Prime Anlagestiftung.
