Swiss Prime Site Names Martina Moosmann as New CFO

Swiss Prime Site has appointed Martina Moosmann as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective 15 April 2026. She takes over from Marcel Kucher, who has served as both CEO and interim CFO since January 2026. Martina Moosmann will report to CEO Marcel Kucher and join the Group Executive Board.

With over 25 years of experience in asset management, capital management, and corporate finance, Moosmann is a seasoned financial expert. She previously held the CFO position at Swiss Re Asset Management, where she managed a portfolio exceeding USD 100 billion. Her career includes roles in corporate development and investor relations at Barry Callebaut Group, as well as a board position at a sustainability-focused real estate company.

CEO Marcel Kucher expressed confidence in Moosmann's ability to enhance the executive team and help achieve the firm's strategic goals.
