14th Capital Increase a Success for Akara Diversity PK

The Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK (Akara Diversity PK) has reported a successful 14th capital increase. The issue attracted strong participation from existing and new investors, resulting in oversubscription and exceeding the targeted CHF 101 million. The issue price was set at CHF 1,137.20 per unit. Payment for the new fund units is scheduled for 30 May 2025.

Christoph Jockers, Chief Investment Officer, commented on the robust demand, emphasizing the strategic use of the capital for ongoing projects and acquisitions. The fund is preparing for its 15th capital increase, aiming to raise CHF 60–80 million from 11 to 20 June 2025.

The fund focuses on residential and commercial properties and plans further portfolio expansion, with potential transactions worth about CHF 100 million currently under review.
