15th Capital Increase for Akara Diversity PK Successfully Completed
The Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK (Akara Diversity PK) has concluded its 15th capital increase, conducted from June 11 to 20, 2025. The issue was oversubscribed, surpassing the targeted volume of CHF 85 million. Each unit was issued at CHF 1,141.18, increasing the total to 1,931,995 units in circulation. Payment for the new units is set for June 27, 2025.
The decision to launch another capital increase followed high demand from the 14th round and exclusive acquisition opportunities. Christoph Jockers, Chief Investment Officer, stated these efforts allow swift action on attractive investments. An additional investment opportunity is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The Akara Diversity PK fund, with assets around CHF 3.0 billion, caters to tax-exempt entities in Switzerland, focusing on residential and commercial properties. The fund prioritizes long-term growth and diversity.
