Akara Fund Celebrates Milestones with Strong 2025 Results
Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has surpassed the CHF 3 billion mark for the first time, marking a significant milestone during its 10th anniversary. The fund's impressive return on investment of 4.45% in 2025 has outperformed the KGAST Immo-Index Mixed by 8.49 percentage points since its inception in 2016.
In 2025, the fund completed three capital increases, raising CHF 306 million, which was allocated towards strategic acquisitions and pipeline developments. The loan-to-value ratio was reduced to 24.2%, enhancing the fund's capital structure.
The Akara Fund also recorded a 5% rise in rental income, reaching around CHF 97 million, with a vacancy rate of 3.20%. The ongoing expansion and inclusion of sustainable practices bolster the fund's growth strategy, with a further capital increase planned in 2026 to raise CHF 150-200 million.
