Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK Exceeds Capital Increase Target
Swiss Prime Site Solutions announced the successful completion of the 16th capital increase for the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK. Conducted from 19 November to 9 December 2025, the issuance was oversubscribed, surpassing the CHF 119 million target. The issue price per unit was CHF 1,165.04 net, resulting in 2,033,678 units in circulation. Payment for new units is scheduled for 17 December 2025.
This marks the third capital increase for Akara in 2025, raising over CHF 300 million this year. Christoph Jockers, Chief Investment Officer, emphasized investor confidence and future growth prospects.
The capital will finance property acquisitions and ongoing projects. Akara Diversity PK, with assets of CHF 3 billion, targets tax-exempt Swiss institutions, focusing on residential and commercial properties.
