The tenant, a major player in lifting and anchoring technologies, benefits from a 15-year triple-net lease, ensuring long-term rental security.

This acquisition elevates SPSS IFC's portfolio value close to CHF 500 million. The fund is strategically enhancing its light industrial segment, bolstering portfolio efficiency and stable income generation.

Capital reserves ensure the fund's investment agility, allowing swift acquisition of quality assets. Additionally, the fund is set to list on the SIX Swiss Exchange on December 9, 2025, increasing accessibility for both private and institutional investors.
