Swiss Prime Sites Solutions announces the 18th capital increase of the Akara fund

Swiss Prime Sites Solutions has announced an 18th capital increase for the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK, scheduled for November 2026. This capital raise aims to secure between CHF 150 million and CHF 200 million. The subscription period will run from November 11 to December 1, 2026, with the shares being issued on December 11, 2026.

The Akara fund demonstrated stable performance in the first half of 2026, with an investment return of 2.56% and an increase in rental income of over 9%, reaching CHF 54 million. Its portfolio was expanded with seven additional properties, valued at CHF 288 million.

The fund's strategy is based on a project pipeline worth CHF 600 million by 2031, targeting growth in the residential sector. With a forecast of 900 new housing units, the fund is strengthening its diversification and return potential.
