SYNERGIE expands its presence in Switzerland with House of Flexwork

The SYNERGIE Group signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in House of Flexwork AG on December 23, 2025. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. This acquisition does not result in an immediate transfer of control.

Founded in 1998, House of Flexwork is a major player in flexible employment in Switzerland. It operates under the brands Induserv, Hardworker and Payroll House, and forecasts a turnover of CHF 75 million in 2025. With seven branches, it serves a diverse clientele.

This transaction allows SYNERGIE to strengthen its position in Switzerland by acquiring complementary client portfolios. Andreas Eichenberger leads both entities, highlighting SYNERGIE's growth strategy in the Swiss market.
