31.3% of TAG Immobilien Shareholders Opt for Scrip Dividend

TAG Immobilien AG announced that 31.3% of its shareholders chose a scrip dividend, leading to a 0.6% increase in TAG's total shares. This decision leaves EUR 15.4 million within the company, supporting growth plans, especially in Poland. The move was sanctioned with an overwhelming 99.99% vote during the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2025. Shareholders were given the option between a traditional cash dividend of EUR 0.40 per share and new TAG shares from 19 May 2025 to 2 June 2025.

The issuance of 1,067,625 new shares brings the total from 175,489,025 to 176,556,650. These shares will join the existing ones on Frankfurt's regulated market on 17 June 2025, the same day the cash dividend and any fractional payouts are processed.
