TBSO: 2025 results marking a new beginning
On April 9, 2026, TBSO, listed on Euronext Paris, published its results for 2025. The year was marked by the successful deployment of its new business model, following the change of control in November 2025. TBSO, led by a consortium headed by Eric Larchevêque, was renamed in January 2026, aiming to create an innovative ecosystem for entrepreneurs and investors.
In December 2025, the company launched SKL CLUB™, a support service for entrepreneurs, generating €2.4 million in revenue and attracting 719 members at launch. Despite a net loss of €1.5 million, these early results promise a solid foundation for 2026, with €1.8 million in cash and €2.3 million in deferred revenue.
The year 2026 looks promising, with the planned acceleration of SKL CLUB™ and new offerings, supporting TBSO's strategy of an integrated business model focused on media, services and technology.
