BlackRock reduces its stake in TELEPERFORMANCE
On November 24, 2025, BlackRock Inc. crossed below the 5% threshold of TELEPERFORMANCE's share capital and voting rights. The company now holds 3.27% of TELEPERFORMANCE's share capital and 3.19% of its voting rights, representing 1,957,382 shares.
This reduction is due to a sale on the market and a decrease in shares held as collateral. The threshold crossing declaration was received by TELEPERFORMANCE on November 25, 2025.
BlackRock acts on behalf of its clients and funds, and generally retains discretionary power over voting rights, unless otherwise requested by clients.
