Morgan Stanley crosses the 5% threshold in TELEPERFORMANCE
Morgan Stanley has announced a significant acquisition of a stake in TELEPERFORMANCE. According to a statement received on August 25, 2026, Morgan Stanley now holds, through companies it controls, 5.09% of TELEPERFORMANCE's share capital, representing 4.96% of the voting rights. This indirect acquisition was completed off-market on August 20, 2026.
Various contracts, including call and put options and equity swaps, support this investment. Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, through various contracts, and Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC, through equity swaps, are contributing to this investment.
