Norges Bank crosses thresholds at Teleperformance

On June 1, 2026, Norges Bank reported a decrease in its shareholding in Teleperformance. As of May 29, the Norwegian central bank held 2,831,487 shares, representing 4.73% of the share capital and 4.62% of the voting rights of the company. This decrease is due to a reduction in shares held as collateral, resulting in a drop below the regulatory threshold of 5%.

Teleperformance, listed on Euronext Paris, has a share capital of 59,874,365 shares representing 61,347,260 voting rights. The declaration of crossing thresholds, in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code, is made under the responsibility of the declarant, without verification by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
