Shareholders Invited to Teleperformance Meeting on May 21, 2026
Teleperformance SE has announced the Combined Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for May 21, 2026, at the Cloud Business Center in Paris. This event invites shareholders to attend and discuss various resolutions. Details were initially published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on March 23, 2026, with further notice set for April 22, 2026.
The relevant meeting documents, as per French Commercial Code Article R.22-10-23, will be accessible on the Teleperformance website by April 30, 2026. Additional materials mentioned in Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 will also be online, negating the need for mail requests.
Shareholders may access documents referred to in Articles L.225-115 and R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code at the company’s headquarters once the convening notice is issued.
