Teleperformance: Monthly update of shares and voting rights

On July 3, 2026, Teleperformance published a regulated update, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) Regulations. This update concerns the total number of shares and voting rights attached to the shares comprising its share capital as of June 30, 2026.

As of this date, the total number of Teleperformance shares is 59,874,365. Gross voting rights total 61,507,920, while net voting rights, after deduction of shares without voting rights, are 59,767,186. No additional statutory clause relating to crossing thresholds is in force.
