Téléverbier Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2026

Téléverbier SA invites its shareholders to its Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2026, at Espace St-Marc in Le Châble. The agenda includes the approval of the annual and consolidated financial statements for the 2024/2025 fiscal year, as well as the management and remuneration report.

The Board of Directors proposes the re-election of its current members, including Mr. Jean-Albert Ferrez as Chairman, and the renewal of Fiduciaire BDO SA's mandate as auditor. The election of Ms. Sandy Pravato as independent representative is also planned.

Shareholders must present their shares or a deposit certificate to participate. Téléverbier offers electronic proxy voting options until April 7, 2026. The meeting will conclude with a friendly raclette dinner.
