Temas Resources Signs LOI for RCL Technology Testing at Gold Project
Temas Resources Corp has announced a Letter of Intent with 1542642 B.C. Ltd. to test its Regenerative Chloride Leach (RCL) technology on ore from the Revel Ridge gold-silver project. The test aims to validate the RCL's efficiency in gold extraction, benefiting from full funding by the developer for bench and pilot-scale work.
The RCL platform, comprising 11 process patents, targets efficient metal extraction, including gold and rare earths, with reduced environmental impacts. Success could lead to a joint venture with an 80/20 split favoring Temas, to commercialize RCL in Western North America.
This initiative positions RCL for broader deployment, addressing 22% of global gold resources found in refractory deposits. Temas is also in talks with other parties for further RCL trials, enhancing its commercialization strategy.
