TERACT Enters Exclusive Negotiations to Divest Bio&Co Banner
TERACT has announced exclusive negotiations with marcel&fils, aiming to divest its Bio&Co banner. This move aligns with TERACT's strategic focus on core businesses. The arrangement involves marcel&fils, known for its organic food distribution, acquiring all seven Bio&Co sales points. Established in Southeast France, marcel&fils runs 60 stores, emphasizing local, artisanal, and high-quality products.
The negotiation period is set for three months, during which marcel&fils has signed a purchase commitment. Finalization of the transaction is expected in the fourth quarter of 2025, pending French Competition Authority approval.
