TerraMaster TerraSync: Improvements for Mac and Storage Optimization

TerraMaster has announced a major update to TerraSync, introducing enhanced file sharing and on-demand synchronization for TNAS PC Mac users. This update aims to simplify file sharing for various users while minimizing local storage usage on Macs. The improved functionality allows direct sharing from personal or team folders, incorporating specific permissions and internal and external sharing options.

Furthermore, TerraSync introduces on-demand synchronization, allowing users to browse remote directories and download only the necessary files. This ensures efficient storage space management. Thanks to an intelligent caching system, space is automatically freed up when needed.

This update also enhances synchronization and backup options, with cross-platform capabilities across Windows, Mac, and Linux, and version management for up to 32 iterations. All of this is accompanied by improved security through SSL encryption and strict management of permissions and activity logs.
