TerraPay Partners with Alipay+ to Enhance Global Payment Interoperability

TerraPay, a global money movement company, has entered a strategic partnership with Alipay+, Ant International's unified wallet gateway. This collaboration aims to facilitate seamless cross-border QR payments, enhancing global payments interoperability for users in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Initially, 15 digital wallets across Africa connected to TerraPay's Xend network will gain access to over 150 million merchants globally through Alipay+'s ecosystem.

This partnership marks a significant expansion of TerraPay's cross-border capabilities, enabling in-store acceptance worldwide. TerraPay's Founder, Ambar Sur, highlighted the initiative's goal of making cross-border payments as straightforward as domestic ones. By integrating with Alipay+, TerraPay connects to a vast network of international payment partners and merchants, facilitating smoother transactions globally.
