Daniel Köster Steps Down from ERWO Holding and Hoftex Group Boards

On July 16, 2025, Daniel Köster announced his resignation from the Management Board of both ERWO Holding AG and Hoftex Group AG. The Supervisory Board approved his early contract termination, effective immediately. Köster will continue as an advisor until year-end, while CEO Manuela Spörl assumes his responsibilities temporarily. A search for a new CFO is underway.

Köster's tenure included significant contributions to the finance division and securing follow-up financing for Hoftex Group. Tom Steger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Köster's dedication and wished him well.

Hoftex Group AG, a key player in the textile industry, surpassed €144 million in sales in 2024, employing 900 people globally. ERWO Holding, part of the Südwolle Group, integrates its worsted yarn and real estate activities.
