TF1 Announces Share and Voting Rights Totals for May 2025
On June 2, 2025, TF1 disclosed its monthly update on the number of shares and voting rights as of May 31st, 2025. According to Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the capital is composed of 211,147,771 shares. These shares carry 211,147,771 theoretical voting rights.
However, when considering exercisable voting rights, the number slightly decreases to 210,977,269. This adjustment accounts for suspended voting rights, in line with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
