The Fresh Factory B.C. Ltd. has reported a record quarterly billed revenue of $13.6 million, marking a significant 23% increase year-over-year. The growth was primarily driven by heightened demand from strategic partners and new accounts. The company achieved an EBITDA of $0.4 million and an adjusted EBITDA of $0.6 million, despite facing increased costs due to facility operations.

The transition and consolidation of operations to the new Bolingbrook facility were completed in April 2026, resulting in increased efficiency and capacity. This consolidation is anticipated to enhance revenue absorption and operational efficiency in the latter half of the year. However, The Fresh Factory reported a net loss of $0.7 million, influenced by ongoing transition expenses.

The Fresh Factory has also secured a $765,000 grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce to support its expansion efforts in Illinois. The commitment to sustainability remains strong, with the installation of energy-efficient equipment at its facilities.
