SLAM Exploration Accepts Conditional Offer from Ocean Partners
SLAM Exploration Ltd. has accepted an offer from Ocean Partners USA, Inc. to purchase 40,000 wet metric tonnes of zinc, lead, copper, and silver ore from the A'Hearn property in New Brunswick. The acceptance date was October 27, 2026, following the offer issued on October 23, 2026.
The ore extraction will commence in Spring 2027, contingent on obtaining required permits. Ocean Partners will evaluate samples before finalizing the agreement, which involves pricing linked to London Metal Exchange and London Bullion Market rates. Ocean Partners will receive the ore at a Canadian port, covering freight costs.
This transaction marks a step towards monetizing SLAM's New Brunswick resources, although the agreement remains conditional, with factors like know-your-customer procedures pending.
