SLAM Exploration Finalizes Private Placement, Raising $211,000
SLAM Exploration Ltd. has successfully closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $211,000. The completion of this tranche adds to the earlier $689,000, leading to a total of $900,000 through the issuance of 2,302,750 units. Each unit consists of four flow-through shares, one non-flow-through share, and 2.5 transferable purchase warrants.
The capital from flow-through shares will fund Canadian Exploration Expenses on projects in New Brunswick. Proceeds from non-flow-through shares will support corporate activities. A noteworthy aspect is an insider's investment in acquiring 112,500 units.
The issuance is pending TSXV final acceptance, with securities subject to a statutory hold until February 2026. The offering included no finder's fees.
