The NAGA Group AG Acquires Trade.com UK

The NAGA Group AG, a financial technology firm, has announced the acquisition of Trade Capital UK (TCUK) Ltd. This move marks The NAGA Group's re-entry into the UK market. The acquisition, valued at GBP 1.24 million, includes net cash of approximately GBP 0.59 million.

Trade.com UK, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), manages client equity of GBP 1.88 million. The NAGA Group aims to enhance its business operations by introducing its product offerings to the UK market in collaboration with TCUK.

Completion of the acquisition depends on FCA regulatory approval. If approved, it is expected to boost The NAGA Group's revenue by EUR 6.5 million and EBITDA by EUR 2.5 million by 2026.
