The Platform Group Aims for EUR 1 Billion Revenue with Strategic Acquisitions

The Platform Group AG announced strategic moves, setting an ambitious revenue target of EUR 1 billion for 2026. The company completed three significant acquisitions in the pharmaceutical sector, expanding its 'Pharma & Service Goods' segment. These acquisitions include Pharmosan Group in Austria, Vamida Versandapotheke in the Czech Republic, and Apothekia in Germany.

The recent acquisitions are expected to add over EUR 130 million in revenue in 2026. In addition, TPG is expanding its 'Optics & Hearing' segment with further planned acquisitions. The strategic growth anticipates raising the gross merchandise volume to EUR 1.7 billion, with EBITDA expected between EUR 70 million to EUR 80 million.
