The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its stake in Alphawave IP Group plc as part of a transparency requirement under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. The disclosure reveals that Vanguard holds 14,248,449 of Alphawave's 1p ordinary shares, representing a 1.81% interest.
